Dr. John P. Hogan, President/CEODr. Hogan is the President/CEO and the acting Vice President of Business Development. He has been with IISI for 21 years. Dr. Hogan has held positions of increasing responsibility at IISI to include: Electro-Optics Engineer, Program Manager, Manager of Business development, Vice President of Business Development, Executive Vice President/ Chief Operating officer. Dr. Hogan holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University with concentrations in optical engineering and communications. In his Business Development role, Dr. Hogan is responsible for creating the yearly business forecast and managing the business development team to pursue and capture the forecasted efforts.
Michael B. Coole, Vice President of Finance and Administration
Mr. Michael B. Coole is the Vice President of Finance and Administration at IISI Corporation. He has been with IISI for 12 years and has over 30 years of increasingly responsible management positions in finance, business development, and operations. Reporting directly to the President, Mr. Coole provides strategic and operational leadership to the Finance, Contracts, Purchasing, and Human Resource functions. During his tenure at IISI Corporation, Mr. Coole has obtained US Government approval of the company’s Accounting System, Purchasing System, Estimating System, Property System, Labor/Time Keeping System and Forward Pricing Agreements. Prior to joining IISI Corporation, Mr. Coole held financial management positions at BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin, Loral and Raytheon. Mr. Coole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University.
